o a matter’s WIP has not been billed for a predetermined amount of time

o an attorney’s A/R has been outstanding for predetermined amount of time

“Snapshot” custom tabs: For Contacts, Matters, or Professionals, providing a summarized overview. Examples include:

o critical docket overview for a matter or professional

o a snapshot of matter or professional profitability measures

Custom data integrations: One example: summarizing data from an outside source on a custom tab; the custom tab data could be refreshed either at the user’s request and/or automatically via a scheduled task.

o Create a flat-fee transaction when a new matter is created

o Create a Files record when a new matter is created
